Dr. Damon Noto
Dr. Noto earned his medical degree at the renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City in 1999. Following his degree, he pursued further training as a Rehabilitation Resident at esteemed institutions, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, Hospital for Special Surgery, and New York Presbyterian Hospital. His commitment to excellence was recognized with the prestigious Distinguished House Staff Award for a Resident.
To expand his expertise, Dr. Noto completed a Spine & Joint Fellowship at the esteemed New England Baptist Hospital, specializing in back and joint pain. Building on this foundation, he founded Spine and Joint Center, P.C. in 2007, serving as the founder and president. Driven by a desire to provide comprehensive care, Dr. Noto has also pursued advanced studies in anti-aging medicine, nutrition, exercise, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine.
By incorporating these disciplines, he takes a holistic approach, considering each patient's physical and mental status and designing a personalized course of treatment that caters to their unique needs.

Susan Omar, FNP-C, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, hormone balancing, anti-aging, weight loss, longevity, performance optimization, genomics, and interventional pain management.
With over a decade of medical experience and eight years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, Susan brings a disciplined, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to every patient she treats. Her practice blends advanced medical science with a personalized, whole-body philosophy—helping patients look, feel, and perform at their best.
In addition to her clinical work, Susan has served as an Aesthetics Instructor for Empire Medical Training and R3 Medical Training, where she has educated hundreds of providers across the country. She also conducts private one-on-one trainings for multiple aesthetic and regenerative medicine companies, emphasizing safety, precision, and artistry.
A lifelong learner, Susan continually pursues advanced certifications and emerging techniques to ensure her patients receive the most effective, cutting-edge, and safest treatments available. Her dedication to excellence and passion for innovation define every aspect of her professional journey
